LightScape Co. LLC is a light systems leasing company. All lighting systems installed on commercial or residential properties remain the property of Holly and Hearth Lighting Co. LLC.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to any intellectual property on this website remain solely with LightScape Co. LLC or our licensors. No part of our content or materials may be copied, modified, or reused without our written consent.

A credit card must be on file for all bookings. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% charged on the day of installation. If the final payment is not made by end of day, the same day of installation, we will charge the remaining balance using the card on file.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice. Provisions such as warranties, liabilities, and intellectual property rights will survive termination.

7. Vandalism

Any form of vandalism—defined as malicious attempts to harm or destroy LightScape Co. LLC property—by clients or their associates will result in immediate cancellation of services. Vandalism by unknown third parties will be reviewed case-by-case.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in U.S. state or federal courts.

9. Changes to Terms
